1. Validity of this Warranty. I acknowledge that the Warranty Certificate is issued subject to, and that the warranty recorded in it is valid only on the basis of, the Saburi Club H+ Warranty Terms & Conditions published at www.saburiply.com/warranty-terms/club-h+ which I have read and understood and which form an integral part of that Certificate. I agree to be bound by the same in their entirety. In the event of any inconsistency between the Certificate and the said Terms & Conditions, the said Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

2. Consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. I confirm that notice has been given to me under Section 5 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 read with Rule 3 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, and I hereby give my free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous consent, by clear affirmative action, under Section 6 of the said Act, to Saburi Plywood collecting, storing, retaining and processing the personal data furnished by me for the specified purposes of registering, activating, administering and servicing this warranty, verifying my purchase, processing any claim and complying with applicable law. I am aware that I may withdraw this consent at any time with the same ease with which it was given, and that upon such withdrawal the Company shall be unable to administer this warranty.
